Across the Latrobe Valley
We work across the Latrobe Valley, from Moe and Newborough in the west to Traralgon and Glengarry in the east, and from Tyers in the north to the Strzelecki foothills at Traralgon South. Each area has its own housing and its own typical jobs. Choose your area below for local detail.
Traralgon
The Valley’s largest town and regional centre, with older streets near the centre, established suburbs and growing estates to the north and west.
Morwell
A town of post-war SEC housing, older streets around Commercial Road and a busy rental market, close to the former Hazelwood power station.
Moe
Established homes on generous blocks at the western end of the Valley, near Old Gippstown, the botanic gardens and Lake Narracan.
Newborough
A quiet suburb beside Moe, built largely in the post-war decades, with streets sloping toward Lake Narracan.
Churchill
The planned 1960s town, home to Federation University’s Gippsland campus, student houses and family homes near the Strzelecki foothills.
Yallourn North
A small hilltop town north of the Latrobe River, with older cottages, post-war homes and rural-residential blocks.
Glengarry
A country town north-east of Traralgon on the Gippsland Plains Rail Trail, surrounded by farms and lifestyle properties.
Tyers
Lifestyle properties and family homes on bigger blocks just north of Traralgon, toward the Tyers River.
Traralgon South
Hills homes and acreage in the Strzelecki foothills, where fire preparation is part of everyday maintenance.
